Any and all items that need to be returned to Grandmas Country Foods need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any shipment returned to Grandmas Country Foods without an authorization number will be refused. Our Canned food storage products are packaged with oxygen absorbers to eliminate virtually any remaining oxygen in the can after it is sealed.
Grocery store food items are questionable if dented or bulging. Because of our air tight packaging or dehydrated and freeze dried food, our food storage products are still good. Even though cans may have some dents from shipping, until the can has been punctured, the top or bottom seam has been compromised, or exposed to air or extreme heat, it is fine to use and/ or store.

An additional email will be sent to you shortly after we have received your information. This email will have our standard procedure for replacing and returning damaged and wrongfully sent items. This email will also have a return authorization number which is needed to track the status of your return shipment.
All items purchased within the store need to be returned within 30 days along with having the original sales receipt. Items will not be accepted that have been opened, used, or abused.
